Audit & Finance Committee
Reviews budgets, annual financial statements and the independent auditor's findings before board approval.
Program & Ethics Committee
Approves clinical protocols, evaluates program design and safeguards participant dignity and consent.
Nomination & Governance Committee
Oversees board renewal, conflict-of-interest declarations and annual governance self-assessment.
Research & Evidence Committee
Reviews proposals for the Community Health Research Fund, sets methodological standards, and — independently of Biogénique Inc.'s own staff — signs off on every research claim before it carries our seal.
