Frequently Asked Questions
Everything donors, volunteers and community members most often ask us. If your question isn't here, reach out — we answer every message.
Who can access your programs?
Our programs are open to individuals and families facing financial hardship, illness or barriers to healthcare access in the communities we serve. No referral is required — you can contact us directly and a coordinator will follow up within two business days.
How is my donation used?
We're newly founded, so this is our planned allocation rather than a track record: 82% of every dollar is budgeted to go directly to community programs — food and medical supplies, transport assistance, clinical support and health education. The remainder covers governance, administration and outreach.
Will I receive a tax receipt?
Yes. Official receipts for eligible donations are issued by email shortly after your gift is processed, and annually for recurring donors.
Can I designate my gift to a specific program?
You can. Restricted gifts are tracked separately and applied only to the purpose you choose. If that program is fully funded, we will contact you before redirecting the gift.
How do I volunteer?
Complete the enrolment form on our volunteer page. We match volunteers to supply logistics, transport support, workshop facilitation or administrative roles based on availability and skills.
Do you partner with other organizations?
Yes. We work with clinics, community organizations and international NGOs to extend supply chains and avoid duplicating services already available locally.
How can I request a copy of your financial statements?
Visit the Accountability and Transparency page and request the report you need, or email us directly.
