We're a newly founded organization, so there's no spending history yet — this is the allocation plan and reporting schedule we're committing to as we launch our first programs.
Where funds will go
This is our planned allocation, not a historical breakdown — we haven't run a program yet. Financial statements will be prepared annually and reviewed by an independent auditor before publication. Restricted gifts will be tracked separately and used only for the purpose designated by the donor.

Research Funding & Independence
How independent research funding works
Our founding partner, Biogénique Inc., funds our research directly — the one place where money moves between the brand and the Foundation, rather than goodwill. All clinical, nutritional and formulation research it conducts or commissions is formally assigned to us: we become the legal owner and custodian of that research, not merely a reviewer of it. Biogénique licenses findings back on a non-exclusive basis for legitimate product use, but no longer owns or controls the underlying data.
How the funding is structured
Board-Approved, Publicly Reported
Biogénique Inc.'s annual research commitment is approved by our independent board — not directed by Biogénique leadership — and disclosed in our transparency reporting alongside every other revenue source.
Restricted to Research Only
The commitment is earmarked for research and education. It cannot be redirected to general operations or marketing.
Milestone-Based Release
Funds are released against research milestones — board seated, pilot study launched, first brief published — the same discipline a grant funder would apply.
Matching-Gift Multiplier
Biogénique matches donor gifts to the research fund up to a public cap, so every dollar the community gives goes further.
The independent review seal
Every claim Biogénique makes about its research or products is checked against research we own — before it ever publishes.
Submit
Biogénique marketing drafts a blog post or claim referencing research or product benefits.
Independent Review
Our research team — not Biogénique staff — checks every claim against the research we own.
Approve or Revise
Only substantiated claims are approved; unsupported language is flagged and sent back.

The content goes live with a visible "Reviewed by Fondation Biogénique Research" badge linking to our review summary.
Because an independent charity — not a marketing team — owns the research and signs off on every claim, the seal is real proof the content wasn't shaped for sales.
